30 minutes left.

Shall I panic? Give up?

Here's how you get through. Or fail miserably...we'll see.

breathe.

Triangle breathing (in for a count of 4, hold for 7, out for 8) for three rounds gets you out of fight/flight mode and into receptive mode. Do it!

This is silly...well, actually...yes, it's helping.

engage your senses.

Journey through your senses one at a time: smell, taste, touch, sound, see. Awareness of environment anchors the mind/body, heightens curiosity, and feeds imagination.

Okay Sherlock, here it goes...kinda nice.

speak your subtext.

Express what's going through your mind in order to get past the obstacle and discover adjustments. Out loud.

This, here, I'm talking aloud. Literally. I wonder if anyone who reads this will believe that I'm chatting with myself as I type this? Maybe I'll just write this, lol. (pause) I dare you. Really, I dare you.

trust your voice.

This is it. It's all a grand experiment.
